Cosby (8 p.m., CBS) reruns a Valentine's Day episode that features an animated segment produced by the "Dr. Katz" team. The crew prepares for indictments on a frantic rerun of The Sopranos (9 p.m., HBO). On a rerun of Law & Order (10 p.m., NBC), a couple of strip-club owners (Joe Piscopo, Mark Linn-Baker) may have to take a fall for a mob boss. On a new episode of Oz (10 p.m., HBO), young Andrew Schillinger (Fred Koehler) makes his Nazi sleazoid dad proud when he gets sent to Emerald City for the dragging murder of a black man. On Daria (10 p.m., MTV), Jane and Trent get busted in the band's van for driving over a double yellow line in a far-off town and it's up to Daria -- who has just gotten her driver's license -- and Quinn to bail them out. Kyle and Ike go on a camping trip for Jewish kids on South Park (10 p.m., Comedy Central).

Signs from God: Science Tests Faith (8 p.m., Fox) is a two-hour live extravaganza of weeping portraits of the Virgin Mary, bleeding statues of Jesus and other alleged portents that the end is near. Actually, this show is one of the signs that the end is near.
